Coach's Thoughts
"Today's game we showed great effort and had an overall performance to be proud of. We outshot them, took more corners, etcetera, but couldn't find the opening goal. Then to concede from a corner in the last minute was a heartbreaker.

It was a tough game, turf and away from home, but although we are upset to come home 0-2, very proud of the work rate from the players. Now we go into the SSC Conference with all to play for, let's get ready for Eckerd on Wednesday night."

For the Tigers

  • Harvey has two goals this season, and is third on the team with four points. Harvey's goal was her first game winner of the season.
  • UWA is averaging 4.67 goals per game, and scored 10 goals in its last contest. The Lions held UWA to its lowest goal total since November of 2014.
