Saint Leo ranked ninth for second straight week

SAINT LEO, Fla. (October 21, 2014) – After getting back to their winning ways last week with Sunshine State Conference victories over Eckerd College and Barry University, the Saint Leo men's soccer team remains at No. 9 on this week's NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Poll, league officials announced, Tuesday.
The Lions enter into the final three games of their regular season holding onto a 9-1-2, and 5-1-0 SSC record, and have remained in the Top-10 for five consecutive weeks. Saint Leo checks in at No. 2 on the unofficial NSCAA South Region Poll for the second straight week, sitting behind Lynn University.
The Green and Gold will square off against Florida Southern on Tuesday evening in Lakeland, and will wrap up conference play against on Saturday. Lynn, who jumps from sixth to fourth on this week's national poll, sits with a record of 11-1-1, and 5-0-1 in the SSC.
