PENSACOLA, Fla. – The No. 3 West Florida men's tennis team handed No. 15 Saint Leo a 7-2 loss on Friday at the Ralph Carson Tennis Complex. The loss marked the Lions' first setback in over a month's time.
In tough top 25 matchups, No. 8 Kevin Ducros defeated No. 18 Aloua Adjenak, 6-2, 6-2, at No. 1 singles and No. 43 Tony Rajaobelina defeated the No. 28 Matt Nicholson-Lewis 6-2, 6-2 at No. 3 setting up the third ranked Argos for a solid victory over the Lions.
The Lions will look to rebound when they face #23 Valdosta State in Pensacola. The match is scheduled to get underway at 11:00 a.m.
