SAINT LEO, Fla. – On Friday, the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) released its Top 15 Preseason Coaches Poll prior to the 2025 season. The Saint Leo University acrobatics & tumbling team is ranked in the NCATA preseason coaches' poll for the first time in program history. The Lions check in at #13 in the poll.
Head coach
Britteny Johnson enters her second year leading the Lions program. The Green & Gold are coming off the best season in the programs young history following a 6-2 overall record that saw the 2024 season end on a four-meet winning streak. Last year's senior meet victory against Presbyterian culminated in the third highest point and saw the first perfect 10.0 in program history.
Saint Leo's 2025 season will begin on February 22 hosting the Montevallo Falcons. The Lions will face the top two-ranked teams in #1 Baylor (March 29), and #2 Quinnipiac (March 9).
