SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo men’s and women’s cross country teams, in preparation of for their fall championship 2010 season, has released their 2010 non-championship schedule.

The Lions, who are captained by Head Coach Melissa Miller, will begin their training on Saturday,  February 20th  when they head to the Embry Riddle Invitational to compete. The shotgun start is set for 10 a.m.

Two weeks later, Saint Leo will compete in the USF Open. The March 5th invitational is set to begin at 4:00 p.m. After a month layoff, the two squads will return to the campus of Embry Riddle to compete in the Spikes Classic. No time yet has been announced for the Saturday, April 3rd event.

SLU will conclude the fall portion of their schedule by taking part in the University of Tampa Invitational on Saturday, April 10th. The evening race will begin at 5:00 p.m.

The Lions return all but one student-athlete to both the men’s and women’s teams for 2010.
