SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo junior Colett Rampf qualified in two events for the 2017 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, when the complete list of qualifiers was released on Tuesday.
Rampf will participate in both the 3000m steeplechase and the 5000m run.
In the 3000m steeplechase, Rampf's qualifying time of 10:11.71 at the Mt. San Antonio College Relays placed her fourth in the field of 21 runners. Rampf is seeded ninth in the field of 24 runners in the 5000m run, with a qualifying time of 16:35.04.
This will be Rampf's third straight year to qualify for the NCAA Division II outdoor track championships. She finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2016 championships with a time of 10:23.86 in the event final. Rampf was 13th in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2015 championships after crossing the line in 10:42.24 during the preliminaries and missing the event final by .08 seconds.
The 2017 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships will take place Thursday, May 25, through Saturday, May 27, at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.

7:15 pm – women's 3000m steeplechase (final)

8:05 pm – women's 5000m run
