Women’s Tennis Adds 12 Wins on Day Two of Columbus Fall Invite

COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Saint Leo women's tennis team posted 12 wins on day two of the Columbus State Fall Invitational held at the Blackmon Tennis Center, Saturday afternoon.

Going a perfect 3-0 in doubles, not one opponent could tally more than four points against any of the Lions' duos. Maria Benkirane and Coralie Pesenti captained the overpowering performances with an 8-3 over Clayton's Keeling and Leamana.

On the singles side it was a trio of players who led the way as Adrianna Daszkiewicz, Benkirane, and Pesenti earned a perfect 6-0 record against North Georgia and Columbus State.
