Women’s Tennis Ranked No.17 in Latest ITA Rankings

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Saint Leo women's tennis team, who sport a 5-3 overall mark, including a 2-3 record in the Sunshine State Conference, leaped from the unranked to No.17 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll, it was announced Wednesday.

Achieving their highest ranking in program history, the women also saw a pair of singles competitors land in the top-40 as Laura Kemkes and Emily Singleton now stand at 34th and 40th, respectively.

Meanwhile, the doubles duo of Kemkes and Singleton jumped four spots and now claim the title of eighth-best team in the country.
