Hill, a Division II standout while at Davis and Elkins College, was the team's leading scorer in both her seasons with the Senators.

Her sophomore season was even more impressive as she upped her scoring average to 15.6 points-per-game and continued to dominate the boards at 6.4 rebounds-per-game. She eventually finished-off her tenure with the Senators being named WVIAC All-Conference Second Team.
Prior to her time in West Virginia, the Penns Grove, N.J. native was a multisport star at Penns Grove HS. An All-County softball player, Hill excelled in basketball where competed all four seasons at the varsity level. She was named All-South Jersey Second Team (2007-08), in addition to earning the Coaches Award (2007-08), the Captains' Award (2008-09), and the Albert J. Carino Outstanding Player Award (2008-09). She finished her career with 1,661 points.
Jessee's Perspective: "Shalisa is a proven successful collegiate player who will make an immediate impact on this year's squad. She's a natural scorer, an incredible passer, and a strong rebounder who has the ability to play any of the guard positions."
