Softball Hosting Fall Reverse Exposure Tournament
SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo softball head coach John Conway has announced the establishment of the College Reverse Exposure Tournament which is set to begin Saturday, October 20, in Clearwater, Fla.
Started in 2002 while helming Fontbonne, Conway's exposure tournament allows prospective high school and junior college student-athletes to watch high level softball at no cost.
Taking place at Clearwater's Eddie C. Moore Complex, the inaugural Florida edition of the tournament will feature talented teams from around the region including the University of South Florida, Florida International, and Coastal Georgia.
Games will range over the course of Saturday and Sunday, and all participating teams will be allowed operate their teams as they deem fit as there will be no batting or substitution rules.
Besides the three teams listed above, other participating squads include, Northwood, Webber International, Southeastern, Ave Maria, Manatee Community College, St. Petersburg College, and Saint Leo.
