Lamb was a solid producer for the Lions in her freshman season appearing and starting in 53 games…She finished the 2009 year with a .252 batting average, scoring 22 runs and driving in 17 runs…She had 11 extra-base hits including six doubles, two triples and three home runs…She totaled a .402 slugging percentage, had 12 walks and led the team with seven sacrifices…She delivered five multiple hit games, knocked in two or more runs in five contests and crossed the plate two or more times in four contests…She had a career day against Salem International (03/04/09), collecting a career-best four hits while driving in and scoring a season-best three runs…She also delivered three hits against SSC rival Tampa (04/05/09) and smacked a pair of home runs against SSC foe Florida Southern (04/01/09) in doubleheader action.

Lamb received the Art Copogna Memorial College Scholarship, while being named honorable mention on the 2008 All County squad…She batted .405 and slugged .517 with 29 RBI, three triples, five doubles, two home runs and 21 runs scored her senior season. She helped lead Countryside High School to both PCAC and District Championships.
