Lion Perfect after Day One of Columbus State Invitational

COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Saint Leo men's tennis team posted a perfect 12-0  record on day one of the Columbus State Fall Invitational, as the tam opened its 2012 fall, non-championship season, Friday from the Columbus, Ga.

Blowing past all doubles competition, the Lions' pair of Bruno Sisti and Jake Fleischer made the most notable impact as they overpowered the North Georgia tandem of Pineda and McMaster, 8-1.

Three, three-set thrillers highlighted singles action as Matt Nicholson-Lewis, Antoine Raffaelli, and Ismail Lemtouni each produced the hard-fought wins. Meanwhile, Fleischer turned back McMaster in straight sets, 6-1, 6-0.
