LAKELAND, Fla. - The Saint Leo men’s tennis team could not shake off its Spring Break rust as they fell to host, and 19th-ranked Florida Southern College 9-0 in a Sunshine State Conference match Tuesday at the FSC courts.

The loss was the Lions’ fourth in a row and it was just their second match since returning from a 14-day layoff.

The win improved the Moccasins' record to 10-7 overall, 2-2 in the SSC.  Saint Leo fell to 5-11, 0-4 in the SSC.

Saint Leo will now look toward a match back home with Palm Beach Atlantic on April 4 at 4:00 p.m. at the SLU Tennis Complex.
