AS A JUNIOR (2010)
Inside Lacrosse/Nike National Player of the Week…Deep South Conference Defensive Player of the Week twice (March 1 | March 15)…Face-Off Yearbook 2010 Preseason All-Conference…Face-Off Yearbook 2010 Preseason Second Team All-America…All-Deep South Conference First Team…Erdman enjoyed another solid season in cage for the Green & Gold, making all 15 starts…He registered nearly 872 minutes of playing time, allowing just 103 goals, making 150 saves, and accumulating a 7.09 goals-against-average…He posted a .593 save percentage on 419 shots and accumulated a career-high 44 ground balls…He allowed seven goals or less in 10 contests…He posted double-digit saves in six games…In his best performance of the season, Erdman made 19 saves on 38 shots in a thrilling 12-11 win over Merrimack (3/13/10)…He also had a 18-save performance in their conference win over Rollins, 9-5…He closed the season fifth in the country in goals-against-average and sixth in save percentage.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2009)
Erdman had his most successful season on the field during the 2009 campaign…He appeared in 13 of 14 contests and started in each of those games…He surrendered only 105 goals and saved 140 shots while accumulating a .571 save percentage…He tallied a 10-3 overall record and posted a 8.28 goals against average…He posted double-digit saves in 11 of 13 contests including a season-high 14 saves against St. Michael’s (03/18/09)…He then surrendered a season-low three goals at Rollins (04/08/09) en route to a 16-3 victory…He let up six or less goals in five contests and scooped up a career high 27 ground balls…Erdman’s efforts on the field earned him All-Deep South Conference First Team honors.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2008)
After being named Face-Off Yearbook Preseason All-America, Erdman played in just three contests before being forced out of the lineup by sickness… The lack of participation allowed him to be tagged as a redshirt sophomore.
AS A FRESHMAN (2007)
Erdman made an immediate impact for the Lions appearing and starting in all 15 games…In his first season as the Lions goalkeeper Erdman went 7-8, posting a career-high 204 saves…The keeper faced 439 shots and surrendered just 134 goals while accumulating a 9.04 goals against average…Erdman was also responsible for 25 ground balls…His efforts on the field helped him earn Deep South Conference Freshman of the Year and DSC All-Conference Honorable Mention honors.
