Guerin exploded his junior season, appearing and starting in all 14 games…He was second on the team in goals scored with career-high 27…He also posted a career-best 15 assists en route to a 42 point season…He tallied a career-best 42 ground balls, three game-winning goals and two man-up goals…The junior scored three or more goals in six contests for the Lions and had two or more assists in three games…He scored a career-high six goals at St. Andrew’s (02/26/09) and posted a career-high six assists and tallied the game-winning goal against Mars Hill (04/19/09) in the Deep South Conference Tournament final…He scooped up a career-high six ground balls against Grand Canyon (03/05/09) and St. Michael’s (03/18/09)…His efforts in the DSC Tournament earned him All-Tournament team honors.

Guerin appeared in 11 of 16 games for the Lions while making two starts…The attacker scored five goals and tallied six assists for 11 points on the season…He also collected 16 ground balls…He scored a season-high three goals against Franklin Pierce (03/18/08) and tallied a season-high four ground balls against Dominican (03/20/08)…Against Grand Canyon (03/05/08), he posted a season-high three assists en route to a season-best five point outing.
