Ryan Hamm joined the staff of Saint Leo men's basketball prior to the 2014-15 season.
Hamm mostly recently served as a student-assistant coach for two seasons at Thomas More College, where he was a three-year starter for the Saints and helped lead the squad to a school record 23 wins. He also worked as a head coach for a pair of AAU programs, Bombers Basketball Club (Independence, Ky.) and Shining Stars AAU (Florence, Ky.).
As a prep player, Hamm played for a Mason County High School squad that captured a Kentucky State Championship during his junior season in 2008.
Hamm brings considerable camp experience across the Midwest and Florida to the Saint Leo staff, after working camps at Butler, Michigan State, Marquette, Florida, and Florida State.
"Ryan is extremely intelligent, has high character and has a great attention to detail. He had a tremendous playing career at one of the best high basketball programs in the country and then was a three-year starter in college at Thomas More in Kentucky," said Randall. "He has been teaching and coaching high school and AAU basketball in northern Kentucky and will help us in our recruiting presence throughout Kentucky and parts of Ohio and Indiana."
A May 2013 graduate of Thomas More, Hamm holds a Bachelor of Education degree.
