Men’s hoops jumps to seventh in D2SIDA regional poll

SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's basketball team climbed two spots in this week's D2SIDA South Region ranking, checking in at No. 7 in the voting.

The Lions were ninth in last week's poll, and jumped two places following a pair of wins this past week. Saint Leo dispatched Allen (Ga.), 102-68, and Tuskegee, 76-64, before falling to Clayton State, 76-63.

Barry fell from the top spot in the D2SIDA regional ranking, checking in at No. 3 with a 4-1 record. No. 5 Florida Southern, No. 6 Rollins, No. 9 Eckerd, and No. 10 Florida Tech round out the list of Sunshine State Conference teams in the poll.
