AS A JUNIOR (2009)
Fowler appeared in 15 games as a junior hurler for the Lions, making eight starts…He concluded the 2009 season with a 2-3 overall record, one save and a 5.21 ERA…Fowler pitched in 48.1 innings, allowing 28 earned runs and striking out 40 batters…He allowed no earned runs in five appearances and struck out three or more batters in six contests…In his best pitching performance of the season, he threw the first complete game shutout of his career against American International (03/12/09). In the performance, Fowler allowed no runs and no walks while striking out a career-high nine batters in the 13-0 victory.
CAREER
Fowler was named to the honorable mention team while at Leto High School…Received Pitcher of the Year Award at Hillsborough Community College and was named to the JUCO All-Star team.
